
Ma.Bo’s Srl project focused on the digitalization of the company’s production process through:
-the implementation of an integrated software solution Cal License from Metronomo.Net;
-the purchase of a STAR CNC lathe machine and specialist advice for the implementation of the new software and the creation of a system integrated with the new lathe and the entire company production process.
The aforementioned investments have allowed us to achieve a high degree of digitalization and innovation of company production processes, resulting in a high degree of efficiency and optimization of the entire production process.
Furthermore, the implementation of the interventions allowed the company to achieve numerous results:
-automated management of the production process with a high level of efficiency and traceability that allows for better planning aimed at optimizing processing times;
-horizontal integration with suppliers, thanks to real-time visibility of processing that allows for improved internal scheduling, supply chain management and reduced delivery times with a high level of forecast accuracy;
-predictive maintenance: the new maintenance functions allow for a reduction in downtime of the new machinery;
complete interconnection of the production process: CNC machines communicate with other company devices and systems, ensuring an optimized workflow, allowing data integration and collaboration between different operating units;
-a real-time monitoring of machine condition and production process, providing data for predictive maintenance and performance optimization. This reduces machine downtime and improves the reliability of operations.
The project’s implementation enabled automated management of production processes, KPI monitoring, and management cost optimization, reducing operating costs and resulting productivity improvements (increasing production accuracy and quality, reducing costs, and responding to market needs quickly).
Through the aforementioned project, MABO SRL gained a clear view of business performance through real-time digital metrics. And based on the company’s performance status, it can adopt actions that allow it to optimize performance, improving the efficiency of CNC machines and the entire production process.
